It’s a real pleasure to welcome you in this website. As you browse on the various areas
of information we kindly provided you with, we hope you will be able to get the best of your various desires.
Before we go any further, I wish to point out that CLIRAP is a fruit of experience I gathered both in Africa and abroad. I have come to the conclusion that it is always good to travel. Mobility studies or International work experience is a great way to fight ignorance. Interacting with other peoples and cultures is a tremendous wealth !!
I still have it fresh in mind the way I was astonished to find young Secondary school adolescents create and launch a website in less than 3 hours in Nottingham and
Manchester in the United Kingdom! I was astonished when I discovered that in England young people could
nurture ambitions to set up businesses rather than looking for jobs in the public service.
I surprisingly found myself reading an entire book in the bathroom of my University in Italy, just because the environment was clean! I could not believe my eyes as I witnessed the high respect
that civil servant and workers, both in public and private services, showed proof of as they interacted with the public.
Believe me if I tell you that I met a group young Chinese in Paris snapping pictures from the Third Level of Eifel Tower. They told me their dream was “to build a kind of Paris in China within the next 10 years”.
I will never forget that
the knowledge of foreign languages opened almost all doors to me, even the most locked ones! I just wished I could offer such opportunities
to other young Africans so that they actively contribute to the development of African continent.
My dreams became true when I succeeded in creating CLIRAP (Cultural Association for the Promotion of
Language, Development and Peace), to promote local and foreign languages, and provide young Africans with information on the right
course and training abroad. We encourage them
to be first rooted in their culture, to know about their continent and the various areas they can tape as they complete their studies abroad. CLIRAP promote foreign investments in Sub-Saharan Africa by training young people able to mediate with potential investors.
Translation service and the follow-up of documents in the various local and diplomatic administrations is part of our areas of interest.
I now wish to invite you to kindly explore
the website, with the hope
that you will not fail to join us!!
-Organisation of seminars and round table conferences to inform returning

home
-Education of returning migrants and their progenies in local languages to

touristic purposes
3- A SUMMARY OF PROJECT
The twentieth century has witnessed an upsurge in improvement in
telecommunication facilities (internet, television, telephone, radio etc…) and
on transportation (air, sea, raod) this has not only created new industries in the
computer, cameras, handsets, modems and motor industries especially but the
improvement in telecommunication facilities has played a major role to
inform Cameroonians on “gold mines” abroad. Reason why all spectres all
Cameroonians, young, olds educated, uneducated, married, unmarried are
rushing abroad in a geometric proportion.
The raison d’etre of this project is to sensitize students who wish to
travel abroad for sudy to return and settle il Cameroon so as to contribute in
nation building
One other reason of the project is to teach languages (both Europeans
and indigenous) to emigrant and immigrant Cameroonians to help them
function in the foreign environment and home environment respectively.
Above all, this project will serve as a receptive point for vulnerable migrants
(such as the handicaps, windows, windowers and inform them on the
available employment and social opportunities in the country. It is hoped that
at the end of this project, many Cameroonians especially the vulnerable
group) in the diaspora will be encouraged to come back home and contribute
in nation buildin
